Dr. Ngo is a Cosmetic Surgeon and the Physician Director at Final Inches®. She is a board certified surgeon through the American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Ngo obtained her medical degree at the prestigious University of Southern California and completed her residency at the Los Angeles County - USC Medical Center. She is a member of many prominent professional organizations including the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
Grady Harp, MD, Cosmetic Surgeon

Dr. Harp is a board certified surgeon through the American Board of Medical Specialties. He is a graduate of Occidental College and received his Doctorate in Medicine from the USC School of Medicine. After his internship at USC Medical Center, Dr. Harp was Battalion Surgeon in the United States Marine Corps for two years before completing his residency at Los Angeles County - USC Medical Center. Dr. Harp served as Department Chief at a major medical center and he remains an Assistant Clinical Professor at the USC School of Medicine. Dr. Harp is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
Alex Liu, MD, Cosmetic Surgeon

Dr. Liu is a Southern California native who trained in cosmetic medicine all across the country before returning to Southern California to serve the community he grew up in. He is a board certified surgeon through the American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Liu is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego and Tulane University School of Medicine. He received his training in cosmetic surgery at New York Hospital and the Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Florida. Dr. Liu is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Saul Lahijani earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and received his Doctorate of Medicine at the Ross University School of Medicine, finishing top of his class. He gained extensive training and experience both in plastic and general surgery, completing his first residency in general surgery at Yale University and three additional residencies in burn, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at Vanderbilt University. Following his desire to combine reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, he also participated in an international fellowship in cosmetic and aesthetic surgery in Barcelona, Spain.
